Supporting a Fair and Professional Experience at WEFTEC

WEFTEC is built on the strength of its community, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees who invest in making this event a great experience. To protect that investment and uphold the integrity of the WEF and WEFTEC brands, we ask everyone to respect our brand guidelines as well as our policy against unauthorized promotion. Only registered exhibitors and sponsors may promote their products or services at WEFTEC. This includes handing out brochures, hosting meetings, or displaying materials. Other individuals and companies are not permitted to market or solicit business at the event. This policy ensures a level playing field for all, and helps maintain the high standards that make WEFTEC a trusted and respected event. Anyone found engaging in unauthorized promotion may be asked to leave without a refund and could be barred from future events.

Conference Ombuds Services

WEF is pleased to offer an Ombuds resource for meeting participants at WEFTEC.

The Conference Ombuds serves as a neutral, independent, off-the-record resource available on-site to hear concerns confidentially. The Ombuds can assist with identifying options and resources to address conflicts or issues such as harassment, discrimination, or any violation of WEF’s Member Code of Conduct and Conference Code of Conduct. This new resource is available to all attendees, staff, exhibitors, and anyone participating in WEFTEC.

To ensure neutrality, WEFTEC ombuds services are provided by MWI, an independent third-party organization.
