Hotel Shuttle Schedule

Complimentary charter bus service operates between most official conference hotels and the convention center in the morning (last bus to convention center at 10:30 AM) and the late afternoon/evening (last bus from convention center at 6:30 PM Sunday-Tuesday, at 5:00 PM Wednesday).

Attention: shuttle service suspended mid-day!

From 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM Sunday-Tuesday and 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, only one shuttle provides transfers exclusively between the Hilton Riverside (conference headquarters hotel) and the convention center. No shuttles to/from other hotels mid-day.

Wheelchair Accommodations

A vehicle with a wheelchair lift will be available on-call during all hours of operation. Guests needing this service should call 877-875-2455 to schedule a pickup at least one hour before their desired pick-up time.

The ETS-Next-Shuttle app uses GPS technology to provide real-time, map-based views of shuttle bus locations; estimated arrival/pick-up times at hotel shuttle stops; and instant alerts about schedule changes. Navigate to the ETS-Next-Shuttle app through the WEFTEC 2026 mobile app starting on September 27.

Airport Shuttles

Exclusively on Wednesday, September 30, Event Transportation Systems (ETS) – the official WEFTEC Transportation partner – will operate airport shuttles from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).

Cost: starting at $23.00/person. Group volume discounts available.
Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time.
Frequency: every 30-minutes on the hour and half-hour.
Departing From: Transportation Center Shuttle Hub, across the street from the convention center's Lobby G entrance.
Anticipate a 25-minute one-way commute.
