Request Meeting Space

 

Rules for Affiliated Functions:

  • Starting April 29 through July 11, 2025: event space at either the Hilton Chicago (headquarters hotel) or the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is available for reservation through WEF. Event space is not available at McCormick Place convention center.
  • WEF Member Associations and WEFTEC exhibiting and/or sponsoring companies are welcome to host a meeting, reception, or hospitality event during WEFTEC.
  • Product displays are prohibited in locations outside of the official exhibit hall(s) at the convention center.
  • Affiliated functions will not be scheduled during the core WEFTEC program hours:

Sunday, September 28 No restrictions
Monday, September 29 Restricted 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, September 30 Restricted 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 1 Restricted 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Exceptions can be made to accommodate one-time training meetings for exhibiting companies’ personnel or manufacturers’ representatives. Note: companies/organizations cannot hold meeting space all-day and/or over multiple days for customer meetings or employee break rooms.

 

There is no cost to reserve meeting space through WEF (no sublease fee).

  • WEF Events Staff will review, assign, and confirm space, starting in mid-May through mid-July.
  • After your meeting space assignment is confirmed, you will work directly with the hotel and/or other suppliers to order and pay for audio-visual equipment, catering, et cetera.
